Case Studies

Here are just a few examples of how our research helps non-profits achieve their mission and financial goals:

-What motivates high school students and their parents to consider a University as a potential college choice? How are their priorities
similar and different, and how does this impact the final choice to apply to a University? How best can a University modify its visual image and branding to both re-frame a potentially negative incident in its past, and reflect a contemporary, appealing public image? Our research helped a major university successfully answer each of these crucial questions.

-A frequent request from non-profits is to use research to evaluate both changes in their services, and potential expansion of those services. Our research has successfully informed clients about which of several potential new services will provide the greatest community benefits, and whether changes and/or expansion of their services will impact fund raising, positively or negatively.

-Donors are regularly asked for their financial support. But how often are they asked for their ideas and opinions? Donors that are more involved and engaged have a closer relationship with your organization. We created an effective, cost efficient method to solicit donor thoughts and opinions while also asking them for financial support.
